BRIEF: A housing community that represents different styles of living. Located in the east side of Chula Vista, Ca apart of the Master Plan Community Millenia. Millenia representing different types of lifestyles and embracing the urban village lifestyles with its access to a community park, convenient shopping, and all of its walkable destinations.

OBJECTIVE: To show the variety of what EVO METRO TRIO is and what it is able to offer. Giving modern and bright signage that gave clear definition between the sections while maintaining a cohesive look. Millenia as a master community containing multiple builders providing housing to the Chula Vista community. It was important to make them stand out and appealing with their signage.

TARGET AUDIENCE: Single family, Multi Family, and First-time home buyers looking to live in the east Chula Vista community.
