BRIEF: Luxury condominiums being sold in southern California, New build with the intent to hold its branding beyond last unit sale. The presentation of a high end lifestyle and perk amenities for tenants allows for a tight knit community.
OBJECTIVE: Creating a cohesive signage package using their unique logo and visual elements to serve different needs. Knowing that it is a new build, factors such new tenants and conversion to buyers, local competition of the buyer’s market, and maintain Ca code standards.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Single Family & first-time home buyers, located in the southern California area.
